60-Day Guarantee You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. You do not need to return the product to receive your refund. Simply contact us and we will process your refund in full.

Standard Returns If you would prefer to return your product, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue right away.

Refund Processing Once your refund is approved you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us at support@primsani.com.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union If your order is being shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
