Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates We offer flat rate shipping of $2.99 on all orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times Standard shipping (5–8 business days) — $2.99 Express shipping (3–5 business days) — $6.99

Please note delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the carrier's website.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at support@primsani.com before your order is processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window please contact us at support@primsani.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
